Characteristics

Caution on Std type application
  1. Substrate surface treatment : Remove oil stain on the surface of substrate by thinner, then apply blast shot, ISO Sa min 2.5 .
    In case that blast shot is not feasible, remove foreign matters such as black scale, old film, rust completely by using tools like a sanding machine and obtain ISO St min 3.0 level. (See Substrate surface treatment table)
    After substrate surface treatment, remove dirts on the surface by air blow then apply undercoat.
    (For 400-600℃, implement blast shot ISO Sa min 2.5)
  2. Refrain from applying at below 5℃ or humidity higher than 85%.
  3. In order to have good affinity with substrate, brush application is recommended for 1st unlerceat.
  4. In case coating interval is out of spec., over 7days, apply sanding completely by coarse sanding paper then implement coating.
  5. Due to shape of coating object, surface condition, and coating condition, paint usage will be varied.
  6. Paint need to be homogenized well with agitation after confirming the settling of bottom.
  7. Paint need to be stored in a dangerous goods warehouse with good ventilation and refraining fire flame.
